How to request a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to the e-mail address deciccoartstudio@gmail.com, indicating your name and surname, the order number and the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods with the collection commissioned by deciccoartstudio.com, indicate in the email the address for the collection of the products. We remind you that the cost of the service, equal to € 10, will be deducted from the refund you will receive for the return. If you paid for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery, indicate the IBAN of the account in which you want to receive the refund.

After having received confirmation from the Customer Care and included in the package the purchase receipt or the details (order id, name and surname, etc ...) to trace the order, the Customer must return the products to the Company at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

The Company will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during the return shipment.
The Company will reimburse the Customer for the full amount already paid, within 30 (thirty) days of withdrawal, by means of a reversal of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Company may suspend the refund until the returned product is received, or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product intact.
If the package is returned after the 14th day, counted from the original delivery date of the goods, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Company will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
